Go to the Chase hompage page to login. After entering my username & password the website times out and does absolutely nothing. THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME. Customer service is absolutely worthless. Their response? Well you should be able to login! Duh you think? If I could I wouldn't be calling you!!
