I can't get my child support off my card

I always receive my child support on my card on every Wednesday of the month. Today, may 27, 2015 its telling me online and when I call the number thats on the back of my card  thats my balance is $1.67 I know my check is available so why is it telling me diffrent, I really need help with this please help me
