Just registered for online use, It has been working fine for the last week and now i continue to get this message when trying ot log in.

We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later. I was able to access it yesterday 1/13/2015 today i can not log in.

Even cleared my cookies and used a direct access from both IE and Chrome and can not get in. I heard there is a mobile App that works but i can not locate this said App either so i can access this site via my phone.
