works on Roku but will not login on any computer where it worked recently

on Chrome and edge browsers running on two different windows 10 computers I go https://www.cbs.com/cbs-all-access/signin/, enter my username and password, click on the Continue button, the button Greys out and nothing happens - not even a cursor waiting symbol or spinner.  After several attempts, I try the Roku and it works perfectly.
