For the last week and a half we have been trying to watch BLUE BLOODS and SWAT and have nothing but problems (and I pay for CBS ALL ACCESS). The picture freezes for a minute or two but the audio continues, the picture kicks back in for a minute or two then freezes again. I have tried via the TV AND the desktop computer AND my tablet - I seem to have no problems playing back Survivor, watching LIVE TV but we watch prime time shows after they air. So what is the problem CBS?????
