Sitting here trying and I EMPHASIZE the word TRYING to watch live TV - one problem - It constantly freezes or tells me I need an internet connection - that is great BUT I HAVE working internet - gee it is working on ALL my systems but yet when I want to use CBS live which I PAY for - nope, can't do it. At this point really the only thing that paying for "all access" is the access I have to all the older shows with tons of episodes; I don't pay then I can still access said shows but only a select few episodes. Billing period is coming up in 10 days and may be making a hard choice - or maybe not so hard. It is obvious CBS does NOT care about it's customers or we as customers would get responses to our concerns and issues.
