Day # 12 of this crap. I called CBS Customer Service the other night to light a fire under their a*s.
They did give me a 10% credit when my annual subscription ends in September.
I encourage the rest of you to call them and demand the same deal.
They better get their crap cleaned up. What is going to happen when the new Star Trek show "Picard" begins and no one can watch it?
