Capital One Website is ALWAYS down!!! I stay on the phone with tech support every few days with them telling me their site is working fine. This is awful!!! Tried to pay my bill for two days but website was down, then I forgot over the weekend and now it's a day late. I would cancel all my credit cards but since they are all now with Capital One (use to be HSBC) it would lower my credit score so much. So what can you do?
