Cant access website

I log into www.capitalone.com, and nothing, until I get the Internet Explorer cannot display the wbpage message. When Capital One bought our Orchard, they should have bought their websight or servers too, because that site was always up and working, no problems. Gonna make it hard to make payments if this continues.
