Cannot access Online Banking

This a joke. The performance of Capital One's website is unlike anything I have ever seen and I work for a company that monitors the performance of some of the most highly visited websites in the US. There are tools out there that would help them prevent this from happening and it seems like they are not even making an effort to try them. They are obviously trying to do everything in house to solve the problem and what is even more obvious is they must have a bunch of low level web developers that do not know what they are doing.
