Why we can't log in.

I just talked to att and was informed that some people had outages due to the changes they are making to the email accounts. I was told that people that were affected by these outages received emails before the outage occurred. Funny because I didn't get one. I was also informed this outage could last up to 24 hours. I'm angry!
