No internet access

On AT&T AVPN MPLS network in the EU. 5 sites across Europe (Italy, France, UK, Netherlands). Since 8am GMT this morning no site can get access to the internet. Seems to be a DNS resolution issue, as entering the site's IP address seems to work most times. Raised a ticket with AT&T but they keep saying it's a 'local' issue! Local issue that affect 5 EU sites? I think not!
