No cell service in Rockland, ME Knox County

This has been happening all week. I flew here from Chicago and it has been up and down like a pogo stick. It seems to drop out whenever there is a strong engine noise, planes fly overhead or when my cell battery runs low. In other words conditions have to be absolutely right for my cell service to work. This outage is ridiculous. B~
