Can't send text or pictures from cell to home email ending in bellsouth.net

Can not send any text messages or email messages or pictures from cell phone to any home emails ending in "bellsouth.net".  Has been happening for months.  One picture send arrived 2 weeks after being sent "but only one time".  Not idea where the others that have been send ended up.
