Cannot sign into att email- google chrome says redirected to *.ugc.bazaar

Google chrome keeps saying invalid URL and we have attempted to reach *.ugc.bazaar.com or some other website that is not login.yahoo.com.  Apparently there is a hacker on the site? I don't know for sure but it will NOT let me go to login.yahoo.com.
