Cannot access email

tried to access email using several devices.  Went to AT&T.net site and tried to obtain mail. After several attempts of putting in a code do the site would not think I was a robot the stupid site told me to use a desktop PC so that yahoo could guild me through the update.   I am not at home and DONot have access to a desktop PC. PLEASE!!!!  I am going to obrain email  that works and get ATT out of my life.  I have not been able to download any mail since Friday 11/15/2013.  Bye ATT
