can not log in

I have been having trouble with my att email site loading in. It hardly ever works. Tonight I am trying to submit a report and an invoice for work and the page has been trying to load for over 10 minutes. This is after hours of trying to log in. It just will not connect. This happens ALL the time. It takes forever to load in the emails from the att.net site. I use a macbook pro but that should not matter. We have always had problems with att.net where we live but the past few weeks it has been terrible and hardly works. We pay $115 per month for this service. I can not complete my job with problems like this.
