can't get into the webshell

The past few days Angelfire has been slow and at times its not possible to update the site. Today its impossible to enter the webshell and I'm sick of this and the fact that Angelfire ALWAYS FAILS to inform the paying customer of this lack of service. This is an on going issue. If you have a maintain problem or some other issue then send a mass email, if I didnt pay my bill then you would contact me but you don't when you have the issue.
