unable to access any features other than payment options. help, creditsecure, fico, nothing else works. been this way for 5 days now. i contacted support on thursday the 21st and was told it would be 24 hours. well its still not working today, saturday 23rd. keep getting various messages like internal server error or technical difficulties.
