Funds show available for pickup on western union site but at pickup location transaction number not found

Sent money today got notified funds available for pickup,  online status shows available for pickup but when got to agent location to actually pick up funds agent can't find transaction number to disburse the funds

Same exact problem I had too. Went to 4 different western unions and they say it's a network error but western union says there's no problem. I've called 4 different agents and they say there's no problem and they money is available
