site offline

Has been offline all day.  What a nightmare!  First they failed to send out my automated payments, and now I can not even check the status on the situation because they are down?!  I tried to call, but even their phone lines went into dead zone until just now.  Trust is definately broken and I want nothing to do with them from here on out.
