Site has been down for a numer of days, very irritated

People are encouraged to do online banking and then have a site down for this long is very irritating.  Now that a person has bought into this online banking, what are you supposed to do now with transfers and payments that have to be made.  This is ridiculous that they cannot get this fixed in a resonable amount of time.
