it is still having trouble

I signed in once this morning then the site froze on me, couldn't sign in again, called "we're experienceing problems" that was after they first tried to blame my ISP no I have no trouble downloading a tv show - sure would be nice if Wells Fargo was just up front an honest to their customers about the problem especially if this is due to a terrorist attack
