Unable retrieve cart, saved items, since Oct 27, 2017

When adding item to cart it shows added then msg pops up Says ‘system having a little trouble rlight now please try again little later’. If you go to cart it says ‘unable to retrieve cart try sgai same if add your zipcodeand shows  no saved items. been messed up several days. I talked to TWO Walmart empiiyees. First one clueless Spoke badly broken Engish said clear cache. Second call he said check back in 48 hours But this was 72 hrs ago
