Trying to order online but it doesn’t work!602

I ordered an item for pickup that day, but 3 days later it states they are still preparing So I canceled the order.  Then I selected 2 day ship, but the order sat there never indicating it had shipped.  Meanwhile I go to the store snd the item is there so I buy it.  I submit a cancellation for the item to be shipped and it says it hasn't been approve yet, and the day I'm supposed to receive the item I get a shipping delay notification.  The item still has not cancelled even though it states it hasn't shipped yet!  What is going on?  I guess I'll still go Amazon.
