I placed two orders and confirmed checkout but now can't view orders and not getting any confirmation text or emails

I placed two orders and confirmed checkout but now can't view orders and not getting any confirmation text or emails. I even screen shot the order number for the second order bc the first one is no where to be found. I tried to check order status and website is saying no order found.
