for 2 months home page freezes

I have not been able to access walmarts website for two months every time I go there the home page freezes and and goes in to circular spin ........then won't respond and windows 7 home premiun IE 11 says walmart not responding recover web page ? recover initiates Windows checking for solution ......guess it never finds one  same process keeps repeating .....I use to browze and purchase with no issues .
