Cannot update cart. All day the site has been malfunctioning.

Cannot add or edit cart.  Cannot pay.  Honestly, it only works about 50% of the time, and there is NO help,only 48 hour email?  I am not going to be able to add what I need before the deadline (my pickup is tomorrow-I have been trying all day on and off.  it is 12:32 AM)
