Won't accept any form of payment. On and off since January now.

Has anyone heard the USPS even acknowledge this problem?  They must have had hundreds of complaints, and there are dozens of reports on this site alone.  

They must be losing a LOT of money with this, my business can no longer afford to be patient.  I like the postal system, but I can't support this mess any more.
