Unable to print & ship because i cannot log into my accout

Ebay & paypal shipping is down wanted to print my shipping directly via USPS, however, USPS wont allow me to login. I Know my passwords & security question. but it wont allow me access. I tried the "forgot password" to reset my password & its saying my security questions answer is wrong. Tried to call & it would not connect for 1/2 hour, finally got through on phone but have been on hold almost an hour now.
