unable to print labels and unable to get anyone to answer their help line.

I was on hold for over an hour yesterday before I finally hung up, I'm currently at 46 minutes and holding.  Evidently they aren't too worried about it.  I have a small business with several packages waitiing to ship, but unable to print labels.
