Tracking express

I was suppose to recieve my package on dec 11 and it still hasn't come. 

I have tracking # but it hasn't updated since the 10th.

i have called everyday since package express 2 day fail date. Dec 11th. Since then I have called everyday and they have no information for me. Saying tracking down once again. It was up yesterday they said. I can believe that also I seen a lot of mail carriers out buy today there system went down at 10am. This is crazy. USPS is trying to destroy XMas.... Today is Dec 18Thurs .
