Site down, won't let me print labels

This is not good.  You keep changing the website and every time it changes it works worse.  I have been trying to print labels for 3 days now and am in trouble not being able to send out work.  How can you charge me more to go to the post office when your site is so often down and unavailable.  Leave it along and stop "updating:  Evey Update makes it worse.

How long will it be before I can print my labels. You are losing me customers
