I cannot access my job application. Very discouraging! Especially when it costs $70!

When I go from the Postal Jobs Authority Website to the Applicant Cockpit on the USPS site, it only lets me get as far as signing in to my profile. From there, none of the links on the main page of my application work. I have tried going direct by searching the USPS site and then going to careers into the login for returning users, and I've gotten the same results.
