Doesn't recognize payment

Trouble paying with credit card twice, then switched to PayPal. PayPal payment accepted, then wouldn't let me print labels. History shows no activity today (4/10) which means I can't try to print labels from active history. PayPal billed my account, but USPS not recognizing it.
