I've been trying since at least December 2 to create and print labels at work and for the life of me can't get the site to work either. I used firefox, chrome, and interet explorer and all of them give error messages when try to get to billing information page. Our postie said is because all the holiday web traffic. What baffles me though is the website works perfectly fine on my boss's laptop but doesn't anymore on mine. This makes her blame me for not being able to access the website anymore. I didn't change anything about the computer or internet browsers and done all the troubleshooting know of and can't get it to work. Both computers are windows 7 and from what can tell have up to date browsers.
Is a pain to have to add labels to the cart only to have to ask boss to pay for label and email the pdf for me to print since her laptop can't connect to the printer. Fortunately our postie has been understanding and returns later in the day when experience website drama. Only thing I know that changed since last time I sucessfully made a label was the usps website got updated. Customer service is of no help cuz of course website works perfectly for them. Since I work in a busy office I can't handle being tethered to the phone for an hour each time to call them and takes too long to get a reply by email.
