Can't create account.

I'm too pissed off the provide detais because I don't have time to fool around with a web ste that doesn't work.  The post office, of all things.  You would think they'd have a robust site that was well designed and actually worked.  Site won't let me create an account on Click n Ship.  I enter all required info to set up account and then it asks for password I just entered.  Also, doesn't remember my just created user name.  Goes round and round.  Sad.  It's broke. Or porrly designed.
