Will not let me do a mobile deposit. Get unknown error.

Yeah I got the same issue updated the app and tried my mobile deposit and didn't get any confirmation. Called truist they said try it again. 'Check has already been deposited' call back it still doesn't show you deposited a check i live 2 hours away from the nearest branch wtf do I do???
