Can't log in by Computer only through mobile app iOS

Regions online not working at all.  They want you to pay bills online, yet no explanation as to why we can't login onliine.  People who are elderly, such as myself, need a larger print than they can see on their phone.  This isn't good.  dissppointing. Is there a day in which these problems may be resolved?  I'm wondering if i need to switch banks??
