Seriously?

Just got off the phone with a PNC genius! She said, "It appears we're doing maintenance to the the account at this time." I said, "Are you kidding me? If that's true then you've been doing maintenance for more than a week straight. Furthermore, PNC is based out of Pennsylvania, WHY on earth would they be doing updates in the middle of the day? And on a payday...probably the day of the week people use the website the most!!!" Leaving right now to close all 5 of my accounts! Suntrust here we come!!! DONE!
