Cannot get on pandora.com

I have continued to try and try to get pandora.com up on my computer, i am using Windows 7, i constantly get he windows explorer error webpage cannot be shown. I am paying for this and i am not able to use it!! Very frustrating!! and Yes i have used it before on the same computer & windows version, what is going on???
