Been having this issue for about a week. Tried to reset my password but the email never came. Emailed the company but they never responded.

OKCupid is notorious for having reason to block you (likely their decision you've broken TOS), and just lock you out. IT is almost impossible to reconnect with that account. Rather than simply tell you you're out, they post some excuse aboit tech difficulties. You can try logging in from a different computer. They track you by ISP/DNS info.

Better off simply strating over with them.
