no access to network solution site, email, webmail, or hosted website

Can't access....anyone else having troubles online or direct? Really?

We have two sites registered with Network Solutions. Even though they are hosted elsewhere - we cannot access them. In addition, cannot get through on their support phone line. Recording indicates that they are "aware of many customers having problems and are working to resolve the issues"

When are you going to fix the email problem? Nothing is working from you guys!
