Network Solutions webmail down since 8:00 PM 6/5/14 - Phone support unreachable

Same with my wife's email for business - mail.amiebreedlove.com - going on 5 hrs down - support call ends up a busy signal. This must be one of the emails they farmed out to another company, as all other 5 work great. However this one has been unstable for months.
