Netflix wont load. I can open the app and click a video but it will load for hours and then say "we're sorry can not load this movie" but it doesn't work with anything. My Internet and data are perfect except for Netflix. Extremely frustrating considering the prices have been raised and they already took my money and now it is not working. I will be canceling this happens far too often with ZERO customer service.
