won't load and play movie. Screen is black.

Can't play any instant streaming movies.  As explained above, no activity happens.  Just a black screen.  No warnings appear to let people know that there is a technical difficulty.  Your customers deserve better service than that.  Especially after the significant price increase. The customers that have stayed with you should be treated with kid gloves.
