unuseable on Tivo Series 3 HD

Haven't tryed anything else but as of today unuseable on Tivo Series 3 HD. Pixelation and constantly stopping to reload. Also switching between HD and non HD quality. Checked my business quality wireless T-1 and it is running at over 5Mbps down and 7Mbps up so it isn't the internet connection.
