quit working this afternoon and WILL NOT connect at all

I have been trying to connect all day, well all day yesterday and still here it is 12/25/12 and it is still down. I can watch via the actual netflix site however it will not load on no tv that it is streaming through. Says that it isn't connected. PLEASE fix this!
