On Apple TV, says "Netflix is not available. Please try again later. (ATV-N.P.LASU1:tav/mdp)

There have been constant interruptions of 7+ minutes for the last 3 hours.   I would get the above message on and off.  

Now, that is the only message I'm getting wtih no intervals of "up".
