Netflix will not open on my TV via my Roku stick

Netflix has been working via my Roku stick on my TV until today 10/25/2014. I have called Roku and done everything they suggesting including reinstalling my Roku, and Netflix syll will not eork. Keeps giving error codes ui-113 andnw 2-5. I have also called Netflix and the brushed me off to Roku. Is the Netflix site down??????
